Abish Philip, holding a Post Graduate degree in Commerce (M’Com), boasts 18 years of distinguished professional experience. Beginning his career at Engees Foods in Kerala, India, he swiftly transitioned to Quess ME, where he has dedicated 15 years to the company’s success.
At Quess ME, Abish currently spearheads Business Finance, orchestrating impactful strategies to fortify financial operations. His astute financial prowess and strategic leadership are pivotal in enhancing the company’s financial health.
Beyond his role, Abish stays attuned to industry trends, engages in community initiatives, and cherishes quality moments with his family, embodying a holistic approach to life and work.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Zain is the Chief Operating Officer for Quess Middle East. One of the first few members to join Quess, Zain has been associated with the organisation since 2009. He has more than 15 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing. He is an expert at devising strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer loyalty—and reduce costs, and employee turnovers while improving productivity, employee engagement, and customer service.
Zain is a Preston University California graduate and also has a degree from IIM-A in management development. Along with his role as the COO of Quess Middle East, he continues to contribute towards operations, delivery, HR, sales, and account management to various verticals of the organisation.
GM – General Staffing Sales
Ariz Rahman serves as the General Manager at Quess Middle East, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in the staffing and managed services sector. Ariz holds a Master’s in Business Administration with dual specializations in Marketing & Human Resources from the prestigious Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad (India), complemented by a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Computer Science.
Prior to joining Quess in 2018, Ariz held pivotal managerial roles with major staffing & managed services organizations in the Gulf region, collaborating closely with leadership teams to drive business development, expand key accounts, and implement strategic initiatives such as business vertical setup, GCC geographical expansion, and retail managed services. In his current role, Ariz heads the general staffing and recruitment solutions across diverse industry verticals, guiding teams in Business Development, Key Account Management, and Staffing Operations. With his seasoned expertise, Ariz has been instrumental in securing anchor client acquisitions and amplifying Quess Middle East’s General Staffing portfolio, contributing significantly to headcount expansion, revenue growth, and increased EBITDA.

Sunitha Karthikeyan is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Quess Corp. With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.
Executive Director and Group CEO
Lohit has 25+ years of experience in Textiles, Auto Components, and Services. He focuses on product/services, sales, and business development. Currently Executive Director and Group CEO of Quess Corp, he joined in 2011 as GM Sales for Staffing. Lohit serves on the Executive Board of ISF, representing 100+ staffing companies in India since 2018. Elected President for a second term (2022-2024) at ISF, he engages with industry leaders, employers, and the Government to develop staffing in India and formalize the workforce. An influential speaker, Lohit has appeared at ASU GSV 2019, UNICEF’s Yuwaah launch, and ISF conferences nationwide.
